摘　　要：目的研制癌症患者生命质量测定量表体系之卵巢癌量表(QLICP-OV),并对其进行考评。方法通过对73例卵巢癌患者的生命质量进行测定,并对其测量学特性进行评价,方法包括相关分析、因子分析、配对t检验和概化理论等。结果该量表总分的重测相关系数为0.84,克朗巴赫系数为0.80;概化系数为0.80;相关分析与因子分析显示较好的结构效度;治疗后社会支持子侧面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他领域及侧面的反应度有待进一步研究。结论 QLICP-OV具有较好的信度、效度,反应度有待在后续研究中探讨,该量表可以用于中国卵巢癌患者的生命质量测定。Objective To develop and preliminary evaluate the Quality of Life Instruments for Cancer Patients - Ovarian Cancer （ QLICP - OV） . Methods The QLICP - OV was developed by using programmed structural procedures, and it was evaluated by testing the quality of life in 73 inpatients with ovarian cancer, and by metrical characteristics including correlation analysis, factor analysis, paired t test and generalizability theory. Results The test - retest reliability of QLICP - OV was 0. 84, Cronbach＇s coefficient was 0. 80 and generalizability coefficient was 0. 80. Correlation and factor analyses demonstrated a good construct validity. After the treatment, statistically significant scores were found in the tested group for social support facet （ P 〈 0.05）, and the other domains and facets＇ responsiveness will need to be analyzed further. Conclusion The QLICP - OV has good validity and reliability, but its responsiveness remains to be investigated further. The QLICP - OV may serve as the measurement scale of quality of life for patients with ovarian cancer in China.
