摘　　要：在积极心理学视野下反思大学生就业指导课程在目标、内容、途径、方法及师资等方面存在的不足,探索就业指导课程应培养"积极心态",突显课程核心价值;活用"积极渠道",拓宽课程传送途径;选取"积极素材",完善课程教学内容;增进"积极体验",强调课程发展主体;培养"积极教师",提升课程教育外部力量。Under the positive psychology perspective, reflecting the shortcomings of college students career guidance courses in terms of objectives, content, approaches, methods, and teachers, the author explored that the career guidance courses should culti- vate a positive attitude, highlight the courses core value; utilize＂ positive channels ＂, broaden the curriculum means of transmis- sion; selected ＂positive materials＂, improve the teaching content; enhance positive experience; emphasize on curriculum develop- ment body; culture＂ positive teachers＂, and upgrade the outside forces of course education.
