摘　　要：随着高等教育的改革和发展,学生工作需要面对新形势,从全面型培养目标、服务型工作方法、专家型工作主体三个角度树立适应素质教育需要的学生工作理念,从组织体系、服务体系、信息体系三个方面构建新的学生工作体系。Along with the reformation and development of higher education, college students work need to face the new situation, to establish new work idea adapt ing to the quality education from three angles which are comprehensive training objectives, the working methods of the service type, and the expert body of work, and build new work system from three aspects of rganizational system, service system, and information system.
