摘　　要：本文针对带p-n结的奇异摄动椭圆抛物混合方程的拟中性数值极限的解法,给出相应的计算机程序计算出结果,并讨论程序的运行所受限制及解决方法。This paper is concerned with the quasineutral numerical limit of a singularly perturbed mixed system of parabolic and elliptic equations modelling p-n junction devices, using the method of differential equations given by the discrete, to be its discrete equations, and using a computer program calculate their numerical results.
