摘 要:为了解决混合动力汽车对自身弱电设备电磁干扰强、信号传递实时性要求高以及传递信息量大的特点,设计了1套符合SAEJ1939标准的混合动力汽车CAN总线通信协议。协议内容包括物理层协议、网络管理协议、交互层协议、应用层协议以及故障诊断处理方案。在协议中提出了网络通信的具体的性能指标。经过零部件和实车测试表明,协议不仅可以满足在混合动力汽车复杂电磁干扰环境下基本的功能要求,而且具有良好的通信性能及故障自诊断能力。Hybrid electric vehicles have strong electromagnetic interference to their own weak current equipment. Meanwhile, large amounts of signals need exchange among controllers and the transmission must be real-time. To deal with this problem, a vehicle network protocol for HEV communication system based on CAN bus, which is compatible with SAG J1939, is completed in this paper. The protocol ineludes physical layer, network management layer, interface layer, application layer, trouble diagnostic strategy and performance. Component tests and vehicle tests results not only represent that the designed CAN protocol and CAN communication system can fulfill the requirements and functions in complicated electromagnetic interference environment of HEV, but also prove that CAN communication network for HEV control system has good communication performance and self-diagnostic ability.
