摘　　要：任何学科都是在试验的基础上建立起来的学科,当前,在煤炭行业实验教学中大多只注重传统知识的传授,而忽视对学生动手能力、观察能力、思维能力以及创新能力的培养。教师应该在教学的过程中,探索实验教学的改革与创新,以提升学生的就业竞争力。Almost all subject based on expe riment. At present, most of our schools only concentrate on the teaching of traditional knowledge, neglecting of ability of observation, reason and innovative capability of students. Schools should pay attention to chemistry experiments teaching reform and innovation in the course of chemistry teaching to improve employment competitiveness of students.
