摘 要:从资源整合的理论根源——集群理论出发,分析职业教育实训基地资源的内涵,提出资源整合的有效路径,包含"三结合"整合原则、"多方位"整合思路,以及从职业院校内部、同专业类别、职教集团内部、同一区域内部等四条资源整合的路径。实训基地资源整合的具体措施包括加强院校内部管理、加强校企合作、成立同类实训基地协作组、构建区域管理机构和网络平台等。From the root of the theory which is the theory of resources-cluster integration, the paper analyzed the con- tents of the practice training base resources of vocational education, and proposed macro policy design for resources inte- gration, including the integration principle of "three combinations", integration ideas of "muhi-faceted", and four resourc- es integration pathways involving internal vocational schools, the same professional category, internal vocational education group and the same region. At the last, specific measures were designed from the micro level of integration of resources, including strengthening the internal management of institutes, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, setting up simi- lar collaborative training base groups, and building regional management institutions and platform of networks.
