摘 要:目前现有的国内外文本研究均直接或间接阐明了班级规模与教师工作效率具有相关性,但欠缺对二者之间关系的实证研究。为此,本文在假设班级规模与其他教师内部因素和教师工作效率均具有相关性的基础上,选取了上海市三所不同类型的初中进行调研并对所获结果进行赋值,建立起了有关影响因素与教师工作效率之间的多元回归模型,利用SPSS 17.0作为数据处理工具,最终得到的结论证明了班级规模与教师的工作效率存在正相关关系。There are a number of factors affecting teacher's working efficiency. Currentyly available research at home and abroad directly and indirectly articulate on theory that the correlation between internal and external factors of teaching environment and teacher's working ,but the lack is an empirical study on the relationship. Therefore we combined with the needs of the research project, this paper assuming that teachers work efficiency correlation between the external factors mainly on the class size and the internal factors of other teachers .And then three types of junior school in Shanghai have been taken as examples of simulation. According to the result obtained to assigned, and then establish a multiple regression model between the relevant influencing factors and teachers work efficiency, using SPSS 17.0 as a data processing tool. The uhinmte conclusion can prove that the relationship between these factors and teachers work efficiency, in particular, proved the class size factor and the efficiency of the teachers are positively correlated.
