摘　　要：近年来,农村教师的流失、补充问题成为教育界关注的焦点,但农村教师的流失、补充现状却不容乐观。本文针对农村教师的流失、补充现状及其存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,旨在改善农村教师流失及补充困难的现状,稳定农村教师队伍。Recently,the loss and the supplement of rural teachers has been become the focus of the educational field,but the status of it is not optimistic.According to it＇s status and problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,aiming to improve its status and make rural teachers steady.
