摘　　要：党的"十七大"报告提出要"提高国家文化软实力"。随着我国高等教育的迅猛发展,大学之间的竞争日趋激烈,而综合实力是市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要砝码。理清科技文化、软实力、大学软实力的相关概念与内涵,探讨科技文化建设对大学软实力的影响,分析大学科技文化与软实力的相关性,指出高职院校科技文化建设的意义及要点,从政府层面、社会层面和学校层面剖析了科技文化建设存在的问题,提出了高职院校科技文化建设的几点对策。The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party pointed out that we should ＂enhance the national cultural soft power＂.With the rapid development of China＇s higher education and the increasingly fierce competition among the universities,the comprehensive strength becomes an important weight in the successful market competition.This paper clarifies the concept and connotation of the science and technology culture,soft power and soft power of university,explores the Influence of science and Technology culture construction to the soft power of the university,and analyzes the correlations between them.Problems in the construction from the prospects of government,social and school level are analyzed and countermeasures to higher vocational colleges are also proposed.
