清水江流域传统林业模式的生态经济特征及其价值

摘　　要：清水江流域是我国西南的重要林区。经明清以来的开发逐步形成了独特的区域林业及其经济模式,其主要特点:一是杉松种植、买卖为主的林业资源和经济传统;二是"人工育林"的种植模式;三是林粮间作和多元经营互补的生产方式;四是林木买卖的内外市场互动形成支撑的经济结构;五是林业资源的有效流转和社会中介服务的广泛形成。清水江流域传统林业模式具有生态经济性质和价值,主要表现为:一是林业经济活动具有"经济资源生态化"的特征和维持生态资源增长的机制;二是"人工育林"的种植和经营模式具有生态—经济互动的双重循环结构和功能;三是林粮间作及其蕴涵的经济补充生产方式具有生态经济的生计形态;四是林业资源要素的市场化和生态资源随同流转以及形成增值环节,减弱林业经营的生态破坏;五是林业生态经济生产使相应的生态文化观、价值观和生活习俗的形成并发挥生态保护作用。Qiushui fiver valley is one of the important forest zones in southwest China. With the development from the Ming and Qing dynasty, Qingshui river valley gradually formed a unique regional forestry and economic mode with five characteristics： 1） the forest resources relying upon the fir and pine plantation; 2） the artificial afforestation of planting mode; 3） the production mode of plantation and crops inter-cropping and diversified operating; 4） the economic structure of marketing; 5） the establishment of resources circulation and social services. The traditional forestry mode in Qingshui river valley has its ecological economic characteristics and values, which includes： 1） Economic activity has the characteristics of ecologicalizafion and the mechanism of the maintaining of the resource growth; 2） the artificial afforestation of planting mode has double recycling structure and fimction; 3） the production mode of plantation and crops inter-cropping and diversified operating has the living pattern of the ecological economy; 4） the marketization and resource circulation has reduced the ecological destruction to the forestry management; 5） has fomaed ecological economic concepts of culture, value and customs.
