摘 要:以透明质酸钠(SH)与魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)共混,乳酸作为改性添加剂,氨水与无水乙醇的混合溶液作为交联剂的方式制备共混膜。通过正交实验设计方案L16(4,5)分析其影响因素,结果表明:SH/KGM复合膜吸水率分布在151%~608%,膜的拉伸强度达到了11.3~20.7MPa,断裂伸长率为10.8%~20.2%,并且降解速率比单纯使用SH明显降低;通过XRD、红外分析表明:经交联后的膜结晶度有一定提高;以共混膜为载体培养骨髓间充质干细胞,结果发现该复合膜可以有效的支持细胞在膜材料上生长,证明共混膜无毒并具有一定的生物相容性等特点。The blend films were fabricated via blending sodium hyaluronate (SH) and konjac glucomannan (KGM). Lactic acid was applied as modifier and the mixture of Ammonia and anhydrous alcohol as cross-linker. The influencing fac- tors were analyzed via the orthogonal experiment L16(4,5). It was showed that:the water absorption of the blend films was around 151%~608%. Tensile strength and elongation of the blend film samples reached about 11.3~20.7MPa and 10.8%~20.2% . respectively. The degradation rate declined obviously compared with the simple used only the SH. XRD and IR spectra indicated that crystaUinity of the blend Films was enhanced slightly after cross-linking. The blend films was co-cul- tured with bone mesenehymal stem cells. It was demonstrated that the films could support the growth of cells and were non- toxicity and good biocompatibility.
