摘　　要：由于受到多种因素削减与弱化的影响,使高校德育工作实效性面临严峻的挑战。在新形势下我们应加强对大学生德育新方法和手段的研究与探索,使之更好地服务于高校人才培养的大局。Due to a variety of influencing factors which cuts and weakens moral education work in colleges and universities, the effectiveness of moral education work in colleges and universities is facing serious challenges. In the new situation, we should further research and explore new methods and means of undergraduates＇ moral education so as to better serve the overall situation of talent training in colleges and universities
