摘　　要：王力先生主编的《古代汉语》蜚声海内外,经几次修订、校改后愈臻完善。但2011年重印校改本仍存在一些问题,其中第一、二册的问题主要有:自相矛盾、训释不确、注音不准、字形有误、引文失校;此外其有些说法亦可商酌。本文隅举了上述问题并提出了处理意见。After several revisions, The Ancient Chinese edited by Wang Li,which has been well-known both at home and abroad for years,is more and more perfect.But there are still some problems in Book 1 and Book 2 of the 2011’s revised-edition.Among them are self-contradictory arguments and conclusions,incorrect explanations,inaccurate phonetic notations,wrong glyphs and citations without proofreading.In addition to these,some arguments and conclusions are also debatable.The article gives some examples of the above problems and puts forward the authors’ arguments and conclusions dealing with them.
