摘 要:以中国样本为例,运用元分析方法对个体和团队层面情绪智力与工作相关变量的关系进行了探讨。来源于46项研究的59个独立样本满足了元分析标准(N=11578)。元分析结果发现,个体情绪智力与领导行为有效性高度正相关,与任务绩效、背景绩效、自我效能感有中偏高的正相关,与工作满意、组织承诺、创新行为有中偏低的正相关,与工作倦怠有中偏高的负相关,与工作压力有中偏低的负相关,与员工离职和凝聚力的相关不显著。团队情绪智力与团队绩效高度正相关。结果表明,情绪智力是工作场所有价值的变量,它对有效的工作变量有不同程度的预测性。Emotional intelligence (EI) has become an increasingly popular topic within the fields of psychology and management since 1995. In recent years, several meta-analytic results indicate that overall emotional intelligence is a potential predictor of various out- comes such as job performance, health, and leadership effectiveness. However, existing meta-analysis rarely considers the research re- suits of emotional intelligence in the Chinese cultural context. There is now a much more substantial body of empirical research investi- gating the relationship between emotional intelligence and many variables in the workplace in the Chinese cultural context, making meta- analytic investigation possible in this area. The major purpose of this study was to assess quantitatively the impact of individual and team emotional intelligence on work-related variables such as leadership behavior effectiveness, job performance, job satisfaction, organiza- tional commitment, innovative behavior, cohesion, job burnout, job stress and employee turnover in the Chinese cultural context. Meta-analysis was used to aggregate results from studies examining the relationship between individual and team emotional intelli- gence and work-related effective variables. The studies evaluated were written in English and Chinese and were conducted from 1990 to 2010 in a sample of Chinese respondents. Fifty-nine independent samples in 46 studies based on the responses of 11578 participants met the criteria for inclusion in the meta-analysis. Were-analyzed the data, utilizing the Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) Version 2 program. The results showed that individual emotional intelligence had a highly positive correlation to leadership behavior effectiveness, had a medium to high positive correlation to task performance, contextual performance and self-efficacy, had a low to medium positive corre- lation to job satisfaction, organizational commitment and innovative behavior, had a highly negative correlation to job burnout, had a low negative c
