基于新课改的师范生校外教学见习实践与思考

摘  要:以师范生深入中小学进行"听、看、做"和一线指导教师的"传、帮、带"为主要内容的校外见习实践活动,能有效提高师范生教师职业素养和综合能力,达到新课改对教师的基本要求,提高师范生在就业中的竞争实力。调查研究表明,见习取得可喜的成绩。但见习中也曾遇到一些困难,其中以学生的职业素养和指导教师的作用突出。在此基础上,结合相关访谈资料、文献资料进行了总结探讨,并给出相关建议。Normal students went to listen to and watch teachers in nearby middle schools and qualified teachers instructed and helped them how to teach.Through these activities,students delved into the ways to effectively improve normal students' teaching professional qualification and comprehensive ability to meet the demands of the New Curricum Reform and become more capable of their career.The investigation shows that normal students expected a lot of the teaching probation and they have achieved a big success.They encountered some difficulties in the process.There are varied factors which affect the effect of probation.The most obvious is the lack of professional qualification and according instruction.On the basis of above,combined related talking and documental materials and made a summary,furthermore,we also have given our own thoughts on it.
