浅谈体验式教学在高职就业与创业指导课中的应用

摘　　要：高职院校培养的目标是应用型高等技术人才,其所开设专业的岗位群大多是面向生产、经营第一线。因此,高职院校就业指导应结合高职生的特点,更加注重对学生的思想政治教育及社会实践指导。而体验式教学的课程改革,是加强高职生职业素质最为有效的方法之一。本文主要介绍体验式教学在高职就业与创业指导课中的应用,以便于学生在激烈的面试求职竞争中脱颖而出。Higher vocational colleges aims to cultivate higher tec,hnical talents, professional post group is mostly oriented production, sales of first-line. Therefore, higher vocational colleges employment guidance should be combined with the characteristics of the students, pay more attention to the students＇ Ideological and political edt^cation and social practice. With the experiential teaching reform, to enhance is the most effective method vocational College Students＇ occupation quality. This paper mainly introduces the application of the experiential teaching in the course of employment and entreoreneurshio ~uidance in hi^her vocational education.
