摘 要:使用沸石替代传统喷墨打印纸用颜料二氧化硅,采用单因素控制变量法初步探讨了分散剂种类及用量、分散机转速、分散时间和分散液浓度对沸石颜料分散性能的影响,采用分散液平均粒径和分散液黏度对分散性能进行表征。实验结果表明:DMDAAC是沸石颜料的最优分散剂,其最佳分散条件为用量3%、分散液浓度50%、分散机转速5000r·min-1、分散时间60min。Zeolite pigment was used to replace the traditional pigment silica used in ink-jet paper, and the influence of dispersant kinds and dosage, rotating speed of disperser, dispersing time and dispersion liquor concentration on the dispersion properties of zeolite pigment were discussed by using single factor control variable method. The dispersion properties were characterized by testing the average particle size and the viscosity of the zeolite dispersion liquor. The experimental results showed that DMDAAC is the best dispersant and the optimal dispersion conditions are the dosage 3%, the dispersion liquor concentration 50%, the rotating speed of disperser 5000 r·min^-1, the dispersing time 60 min.
