摘　　要：分析了某铁路货车用剪切板的使用工况特点,指出了在使用过程中所存在的缺陷———橡胶面褶皱和性能非线性时橡胶型面鼓出严重。在不改变接口尺寸和性能的前提下,针对其所存在的缺陷特提出了改进方案,最终通过有限元的理论分析和实际产品的试验来验证改进方案的可行性。This paper analyzes the working characteristics of the shear plate for railway wagons, and points out the defects in the use process - fold of rubber surface and bulging seriously of rubber surface. Under the premise without changing the size of the interface and performance, we put forward an improvement program especially to its defects, and ultimately verify the feasibility of the improved program by FEA and the product testing.
