摘 要:通过分析MT-2缓冲器在装车以后缓冲器各主要元件位移量间的几何关系,并推导此缓冲器阻抗力计算公式和结合落锤实验数据,得出其初压力的理论计算公式,并反推静摩擦系数、分析几何接触角对初压力的影响。研究发现,考虑复原弹簧力与否所得出的初压力是有一定差距的。在精确计算初压力时,最好把复原弹簧力考虑在内。不论是否考虑复原弹簧力,初压力都分别随静摩擦系数、各几何接触角的增加而增加。另外,各几何接触角对初压力的影响是不同的。The geometric relationships among the displacements of MT-2 draft gear's main parts after its installation are calculated ,and its impedance forces formulas are deduced ,combined with drop hammering experimental data, theoretical calculation formulas of its initial pressure are provided and inverse method is adopted to calculate static friction coefficient and the effect of geometric contact angle on initial pressure is discussed .The results show that there is a certain gap between initial pressure with release spring force and that without release spring force. It's better to take release spring force into account when accurate initial pressure is required.Whether release spring force is considered or not, initial pressure increases with static friction coefficient and geometric contact angle respectively. In addition, the effect of geometric contact angle on initial pressure is different.
