摘　　要：针对研发项目型企业中项目管理的特点,在对研发项目管理的特点进行分析的基础上,提出了研发项目生命周期划分的原则,对传统项目生命周期模型进行拓展构建了新的研发项目全生命周期管理模型,结合相应的项目管理方法可以有效提高企业的项目管理水平,提高研发效率的经济和社会效益。In connection with the characteristics of project management in R ＆ D projects and on the basis of analyzing these characteristics, this paper puts forward the principle of dividing full life cycle of R＆D projects, and expands traditional project life cycle model to build a new model of full life cycle management of R ＆ D project, combined with which appropriate project management methods can effectively improve the project management level and improve the economic and social benefits of R ＆ D efficiency.
