摘 要:目的根据测定的海南省水产品中铅和镉污染水平,评估居民的膳食暴露情况。方法采用点评估的方法,计算居民的实际摄入水平。结果成年人摄入海南水产品铅和镉是相对安全的,18~60岁的成年男性金属摄入量占PTDI的比例范围,铅为2.71%~3.84%,镉为2.26%~3.20%;成年女性铅为2.65%~4.02%,镉为2.22%~3.35%。由于体重原因,儿童组水产品铅和镉的摄入量相对偏高,2~11岁男童金属摄入量占PTDI的比例范围,铅为4.92%~7.72%,镉为4.11%~6.44%。2~11岁女童铅为3.86%~8.53%,镉为3.24%~7.14%。结论海南水产品铅和镉的暴露风险低于全国的平均水平。但儿童组在摄入水产品时需适当控制摄入频次。Objective To estimate the dietary exposure in residents by the contamination of lead and cadmium in aquatic products of Hainan.Methods The simple point assessment was applied to calculate the actual intake level of residents Results The adults intake of the lead and cadmium from the aquatic products were safe,the lead range of metal intake in proportion of PTDI were 2.71%~3.84% in 18-60 male,cadmium were 2.26%~3.20%;for 18-60 female,the range of lead and cadmium were respectively 2.65%~4.02% and 2.22%~3.35%.But the children were relatively higher because the weight,for 2-11 boys,the range of lead and cadmium were respectively 4.92%~7.72% and 4.11%~6.44%;for 2-11 girls,the range of lead and cadmium were respectively 3.86%~8.53% and 3.24%~7.14%.Conclusions The exposure risk of lead and cadmium in aquatic products of Hainan is lower than the average level in China,but the children should properly control the intake.
