摘　　要：伴随着我国高等教育体制的不断变革,高校学生党员发展的原有机制正面临着不断的挑战,新的问题不断出现。本文以山东省部分高职院校为主要研究对象,对其学生党员发展工作的现状进行研究,并在此基础上归纳和总结出当前我国高职院校学生党员发展工作中存在的六个方面的主要问题。Along with the transformation of our country＇s higher education system,the original mechanism of development CCP members to college student is facing challenge,new problems appear constantly.To get the actuality of these problems,we make an investigation to some higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province.Based on this,this paper summed up the six main problems to higher vocational colleges in today＇s work of development CCP members to college student.
