摘　　要：本文结合农业高校实验室的管理经验,提出了实验室开放的必然性和管理的科学方法。从实验室开放的要求和内容,开放的模式,组织管理及经费支持等方面进行了较为系统的研究,为类似实验室的管理提供借鉴和参考。In this paper,combined with the agricultural university laboratory management experience,and the inevitability of the Laboratory and the scientific method of management.From the requirements and content of the laboratory open,open mode,organizational management and financial support to carry out a more systematic study to provide reference for the management of similar laboratories.
