摘　　要：就业工作关系到社会的稳定与发展,党和国家高度重视,高校毕业生的就业工作是重中之重。随着社会的发展需要,以往大众化就业指导工作已经不能满足学生需要,个性化就业指导已经迫在眉睫,需要辅导员参与进来并承担大量的就业指导工作任务,构建一个完整成熟的就业指导体系。Employment related to social stability and development of the party and the country attached great importance to the employment of college graduates is the most important.With the development needs of society,in the past to guide the work of popularization of employment can not meet the needs of students,personalized career guidance is imminent,the need for counselors involved and take a lot of career guidance tasks,build a full fledged career guidance system.
