摘 要:自升式平台在工作状态下存在较高的与船舶碰撞的风险,不仅会危及自身整体安全性,更会导致其工作停滞,造成经济损失.相较于其他平台,自升式平台柔性更大,但结构冗余度更低.为了合理评估其遭遇船舶碰撞后的结构安全性,对其碰撞动力响应和结构强度进行分析是很有必要的.基于非线性有限元分析方法,以某300英尺工作水深的自升式平台为例,提出了一种考虑初始状态和剩余强度的自升式平台/船舶碰撞的结构强度评估方法.在此基础上,针对主要撞击参数对于碰撞动力响应及结构损伤的影响进行了分析.结果表明,目标平台在假定碰撞工况下具有相当的剩余承载能力,撞击参数的影响不可忽略.The high collision jack-up would be endangered risk exists between vessels and jack-ups in work conditions. Compared with other offshore installations, jack-ups are much more flexible but have a much lower degree of redun- dancy. In order to rationally assess its structural safety after a collision, it is necessary to analyze its collision dy- namic response and structure strength. Based on non-liner finite element analysis methods, taking a 300ft jack-up as an example, one approach of assessing structural strength for a collision between a jack-up and vessel consider- ing the initial state of the jack-up as well as the residual strength was put forward. Furthermore, the influence of impact parameters on structure damage and dynamic response was considered. The results show that there is enough residual strength for a 300ft jack-up in the assumed collision case, but the influence of the impact parameters can- not be ignored.
