摘　　要：目的通过对1起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒检测过程的分析,探讨基层实验室如何提高食物中毒检测速度。方法采集食物中毒患者肛拭样本,参照国家相关标准进行检测分析。结果从3份肛拭样品中检出3株副溶血性弧菌。结论运用相关标准的检测方法可快速检测出食物中毒致病菌。Objective To analyze a food poisoning caused by vibrio parahaemolyticus, and explore how to im- prove testing speed of food poisoning in grassroots laboratories. Method Gather the anal swab sample from food poisoning patients. Test and analyze with reference to national relevant standards. Results Three strains of vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected from the 3 anal swab samples. Conclusion The pathogens of food poi- soning could be rapidly detected by applying to relevant standard dectecting method.
