摘　　要：指出了高等院校实验室在运行机制、工作效率上存在的不足,其原因在于对实验室的重视尚有不足,有待于加强系统管理及长远规划,并在师资、科室调配上有待改善;同时实验室建设应加强创新精神。基于若干问题提出了解决办法,更新观念,理顺体制,提高实验室效益功能,优化队伍,把实验室办成高校培养人才的基地。We pointe out the university lab deficiencies in the operation mechanism, the efficiency still low because of the inadequate emphasis on laboratory which should be strengthened and long-term planned, and needed to be improved on the deployment of the faculty, department laboratory construc- tion to strengthen the spirit of innovation. Based on the issues, we put forward a number of ways to solve the problem, update concepts, rationalize the system, improve laboratory efficiency, optimize the team, make the laboratory universities into cultivating talent base.
