摘　　要：科学发展观的价值内涵是科学精神和人文精神。科学精神所要求的求实精神与批判精神、竞争精神与协作精神、开放精神与创新精神等积极因子,人文精神所体现的以人为本、个人价值、和谐发展等核心理念,必将在教师专业性向的发展和完善过程中起到越来越重要的作用。The value connotation of scientific outlook on development is scientific spirit and humanistic spirit.The positive factors of scientific spirit include spirits of realism and criticism,competitiveness and collaboration,openness and innovation.The core ideas of humanity spirit cover people foremost thought,personal value,and harmonious development.All these will play a more and more important role in the development and perfection of teachers＇ professionalism development.
