摘　　要：通过宁德师范学院"计算机导论"课程申报省级精品课程的建设与实践,从课程定位、课程内容建设、课程改革与创新特色等多方面,阐述以环三海西建设区域内人才培养目标为依据的课程建设方法。经过建设实践初步形成一套较为完整的课程教学体系,实践证明教学效果良好。Through the construction and practice of the course Introduction to Computer for provincial excellent course in Ningde Normal University,the paper states the course construction method which is based on personnel training of the West Side of the Taiwan Straits（in Ring Sandu＇ao Construction Area） from the perspectives of course orientation,course content,reform and innovation.A relatively comprehensive course teaching system has been preliminarily established and the practice proves to be quite successful.
