论社会性别平等视域中的职前教师教育

摘　　要：社会性别平等是平等理念中最基本的内容,要实现教育中的社会性别平等,职前教师教育起着极其重要的主导作用。文章从教师、学生、教学内容和教学场景四个方面分析了当前职前教师教育在性别平等教育中存在的不足,探究了职前教师教育中加强社会性别平等教育的实现途径与有效方法,重构了基于社会性别平等的职前教师教育体系。Gender equity is the basic element of the philosophy of equality, and pre-service teacher edu- cation plays an indispensable role in the realization of gender equity in education. This paper analyzes the problems of the current pre-service teacher education in this regard in terms of the teacher, the students, the teaching content and the teaching scenario. Exploring the effective ways to add gender-equity elements to the pre-service teacher education, it attempts to reconstruct the system of pre-service teacher education based on the concept of gender equity.
