摘　　要：本文对重点高校教学团队的性质、人员构成、规模、主要任务、教学团队与教研室的关系、教学团队与专业的联系等进行了深入探讨。研究得出,重点高校教学团队一般应该以本科招生专业或二级学科涉及的主要专业人员进行建设,基础课的教学团队可按课程教学的需要进行建设。本文还在教学团队的特点等方面提出了不同的见解。The paper deeply explores the teaching team of key colleges and universities in its nature, staff composition, scale, main task, the relationship between teaching team and teaching -research office, and the connection of teaching team and profession, etc. The research concludes that the teaching team of key colleges and universities should be constructed mainly as professional staff involved in profession of enrolling undergraduates or secondary discipline, the teaching team of basic courses can be constructed in needs of teaching process. The paper also puts forward different opinions on the characteristics of teaching team, etc.
