摘　　要：本文讨论了理工科院校图书馆发挥创新教育职能,从树立创新教育职能意识,进行管理创新,开展服务技术手段、方法的创新和提高图书馆员的创新素质等方面进行了论述。Some problems about developing innovation education function of library of sci - tech colleges and universities are discussed in this article, such as building up innovation education thought, developing management innovation, progressing innovation of measure and method of service technology, and enhancing innovation diathesis of librarians.
