弱化高职人才培养供应链中牛鞭效应的研究——以健雄职业技术学院的实践为例

摘　　要：牛鞭效应的存在严重影响着供应链的效率。在高职人才培养供应链中也存在着牛鞭效应,它加重了高职院校学生的就业负担,造成了高职院校在学生培养成本上的浪费,影响了校企之间的全面合作。弱化高职人才供应链中的牛鞭效应,高职院校应借助德国的"双元"培养模式,构建就业平台,"政产学研"结合共建人才培养基地。The bullwhip effect has a serious impact on the efficiency of the supply chain.There also exists the bullwhip effect in the supply chain of higher vocational talents training,which increases the burden on the employment of students in vocational colleges,resulting in a waste of the training cost for the students in vocational colleges and negatively influencing the comprehensive cooperation between schools and enterprises.To weaken the bullwhip effect in the supply chain of higher vocational talents training,the vocational colleges should adopt the German＂dual＂ training mode,establish the employment platform,and make the ＂government-enterprise-school-research＂combina-tion to build jointly the talents-training base.
