摘  要:为了评价低聚异麦芽糖对小鼠肠道大肠杆菌、球杆菌、双歧杆菌及产气荚膜梭菌菌群数量及代谢产物的影响,选用平均体质量为(20.754±2.282)g的幼年小鼠24只,按体质量编号采用随机数字法分为高、中、低及对照组共4组,对照组饲喂等体积纯净水,试验期14 d,收集0 d、7 d、14 d时小鼠粪便进行体质量、菌群数量及代谢产物量测定.结果表明:与对照组相比,不同剂量低聚异麦芽糖对双歧杆菌均有影响(P<0.05),在中、高剂量情况下差异较为显著(P<0.01);不同剂量低聚异麦芽糖对小鼠肠道菌群代谢产物乙酸、丙酸、正丁酸、异丁酸在不同时间段含量的差别均具有统计学意义,且差异显著(P<0.01).低聚异麦芽糖显著促进小鼠肠道双歧杆菌的增殖,对大肠杆菌具有明显抑制作用,对肠道菌群代谢产物乙酸、丙酸、正丁酸、异丁酸含量及构成具有显著调节作用.In order to evaluate the effects of oligo-isomaltose on the quantities and metabolic products of Escherichia coli,coccobacillus,bifidobacterium and Clostridium welchii in the intestines of mice,we selected 24 young mice with the average weight of(20.754±2.282) g as experiment objects,numbered the 24 mice according to the weight,grouped the 24 mice into the high,medium,low and control groups according to random number method,then carried out experiments for 14 days and determined the weight of mice and the quantity of flora and metabolic products in the excrement collected at the 0th day,the 7th day,and the 14th day,wherein the control group was fed with purified water with the same volume.The results showed:in comparison with the control group,different dosage of oligo-isomaltose had effects on bifidobacterium(P 0.05 ), and significant difference(P 0.01 ) was showed under the high dosage and intermediate dosage of oligo-isomaltose; different dosages of oligo-isomaltose had significant influence(P 0.01 ) on the quantities of the metabolic products of mice intestinal flora,i.e.acetic acid,propionic acid,n-butyric acid and isobutyric acid.Oligo-isomaltose could significantly promote proliferation of coccobacillus,had significant effect on inhibiting Escherichia coli,and had significant effects in adjusting the content and constitution of the metabolic products of mice intestinal flora,i.e.acetic acid,propionic acid,n-butyric acid and isobutyric acid.
