摘　　要：为使学生牢固掌握微生物学研究的基本方法与实验技术,提高学生观察、分析和解决实际问题的能力,农科专业基础实验中心微生物室,在完成实验大纲基础部分的教学后,将综合性实验列为考核内容,实验教学取得了较好的成果。In order to reliably grasp the essential method of microbiology experiment technology for the students,enhance students ability of observation,the analysis and solution of actual problem,microbiology laboratory of agricultural experimental center lists the comprehensive experiment as the check-up content.After foundation part of experimental outline is finished,the experiment teaching has obtained the good achievement.
