摘　　要：根据药物化学课程的特点和存在的问题,从强化学生的基本操作和技能,重视基本能力的训练,开设设计性多步药物合成实验——苯佐卡因的合成及表征,既激发学生的学习兴趣又充分调动学生实验的积极性和主动性,提高实验教学质量,加强学生创新能力的培养。In order to meet the need of high-quality talents training,enhance the students determine the problem,analyze and solve problems,it is suggestive to set up many steps benzocaine drug synthesis experiments according to course characteristics and existing problems,strengthen the basic operations and skills of the students,emphasis on basic skills training.These comprehensive experiments will excite students’ learning in terest and in prove their initiative.
