摘 要:目的探讨成就动机、心理控制源和自尊三者之间的关系。方法本研究采用成就动机量表、心理控制源量表和自尊量表为研究工具对244名大学生进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果避免失败和他人掌握上男女生差异有统计学意义(p<0.05或p<0.01);成就动机、心理控制源存在年级差异(p<0.05或p<0.01);追求成功及成功动机与内控性和自尊呈正相关(p<0.01),避免失败与内控性和自尊呈负相关(p<0.01),他人掌控和机遇性与自尊呈负相关(p<0.05或p<0.01)。结论大学生自尊和心理控制源与成就动机关系密切。Objective To probe into relations of achievement motivation,locus of control and self-esteem.Method 244 university students were surveyed with achievement motivation scale,locus of control scale and self-esteem scale and the results were analyzed statistically.Results There were significant differences between male students' and female students' motive to avoid failures and others' control(p0.05 or p0.01);the achievement motivation and locus of control varied by grade(p0.05 or p0.01);the motive to pursue success and achievement motivation were positively correlated with internality and self-esteem(p0.01),while the motive to avoid failure was negatively correlated with internality and self-esteem(p0.01),and others control and opportunity were negatively correlated with self-esteem(p0.05 or p0.01).Conclusion The self-esteem and locus of control of university students are closely correlated with their achievement motivation.
