大学新生的性别角色和社会适应的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨大学新生的性别角色类型与社会适应之间的关系。方法选取山东师范大学、山东财政学院450名大学新生为被试对象,使用大学生性别角色量表和大学生适应性量表进行测查。结果男性正性量表、女性正性量表得分与社会适应总分及各维度得分均存在非常显著的正相关,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05或p<0.01);双性化个体的社会适应状况最好,未分化个体的社会适应状况最差。结论大学新生的正性男性化、正性女性化特质与社会适应状况具有密切的关系,双性化个体的社会适应性最佳。Objective To probe into the relationship between the type of sex role and social adaptation of freshmen.Method 450 freshmen from shandong normal university and shandong finance Institute were chosen as test objects and they were examined with sex role Inventory for college students and adaptability scale of college students.Results Scores of masculine positive scale and feminine positive scale had significant positive correlation with total scores of social adaptation and scores of each dimension,and the differences were statistically significant（p0.05 or p0.01）;the social adaptation of androgynous individual was the best while that of undifferentiated individual was the worst.Conclusion The positive masculine feature and positive feminine feature of freshmen have a close relationship with social adaptation status,and social adaptability of the androgynous individual is the best.
