摘 要:目的了解中学生的考试焦虑基本状况,为拟定中学生考试焦虑的防治对策提供依据。方法随机抽取四川省成都市2所中学的初中、高中的学生461名,用考试焦虑量表(TAS)进行调查。结果中学生考试焦虑总分为(2.784±0.653);社会贬抑、认知阻塞、焦虑总分女生得分高于男生,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05或p<0.01);躯体反应、认知阻塞、焦虑总分均与年级有关,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论中学生考试焦虑处于中等水平;考试焦虑存在性别及年级差异。Objective To have knowledge about the basic status of test anxiety of middle school students so as to provide a basis for proposing countermeasures to prevent the test anxiety of middle school students.Method 461 junior and senior middle school students from two middle schools in Chengdu,Sichuan Province were chosen randomly and they were surveyed with Test Anxiety Scale(TAS).Results Total scores of test anxiety in middle school students were(2.784±0.653);total scores of social derogation,cognitive blocking and anxiety in female students were higher than male students and the differences were statistically significant(p0.05 or p0.01);total scores of body reaction,cognitive blocking and anxiety were all related to grade and the differences were statistically significant(p0.01).Conclusion Middle school students have a medium level of test anxiety;the test anxiety is different among students of different sex and grade.
