摘　　要：普及农村学前教育是当前中国基础教育事业改革和发展的战略目标之一。河北省在普及农村学前三年教育,加快农村学前教育发展,促进教育公平等方面探索出了一条行之有效的发展之路。本文从坚持农村学前教育公益性原则、推进县域"普三"进程举措、实行"三为主"发展模式、构建具有乡村幼教特色的教学模式等方面阐述了河北省在发展农村学前教育的经验和做法,并从四个方面论述了河北省农村学前教育发展带给我们的启示。It is becoming a strategic objective to popularize the pre-school education in rural area in China＇s basic education reform and development.Hebei Province has explored a well-established development way in popularizing three years pre-school education,speeding up pre-school education development,promoting education equity in rural areas.This paper explains the experiences and practices of pre-school education development in rural area in Hebei Province from four aspects： Persisting the principle of public welfare in pre-school education,promoting the county＇s ＂Universal Three-year＂ measures,implementing the ＂three mains＂ development mode,building a characteristic mode of early childhood education in rural area.And at last it gives us enlightenment from four aspects.
