现代教师发展的基本特点探析

摘　　要：教师自身应随着时代进步与教育改革而不断地发展,目前已逐渐成为人们的共识。但关于发展的特点与形态,学界却一直语焉不详。本文从普遍性与根本性的层面剖析总结出现代教师发展应该呈现出的四个特点——自觉性、专业性、和谐性与持续性。倘若具备这四个基本属性,现代教师的发展就能沿着正确的轨道顺利前行。It is general believed that along with educational reform and the world＇s improvement;teachers should pace with times,but is not mentioned clearly.This paper elastrates four features from universality and fundamentality,which are self-consciousness,specialization,harmony and endurance.If possessing the four characteristics,the modern teacher＇s development can put forward in the right way properly.
