整合专业群优势的教学企业建设探索与思考

摘　　要：作为高职院校校内生产性实训所依托的重要载体,教学企业承担着为培养高端技能型人才营造完善、先进的实践教学环境的重任。在阐述教学企业的内涵和建设模式的基础上,主要介绍所在院校创办的教学企业整合专业群优势,以"五化建设"为方略的总体建设思路,并就存在的难点问题提出解决的措施。Being an important carder of on-campus productive practical training in higher vocational colleges, the teaching enterprise takes responsibility to create a perfect and advanced teaching environment for cultivation high-skilled talents. The article has introduced the foundation and model of teaching enterprise, shared experience of integrating predominance resources of clusters of majors in the authors＇ own college, and provided the 5-point strategy of setting up a teaching enterprise and solutions to solve existing difficult problems.
