摘  要:近十年来,我国在班级文化研究方面取得了诸多成果,涉及班级文化的内涵、特征、构成要素、功能及发展途径等,深化了人们的相关认识。但相关研究也存在概念不统一、重理论轻实践、研究视野窄化等不足。今后的研究,需要我们厘清基本问题,将理论研究旨趣指向实践,并结合具体学科进行整合研究。In recent ten years, large quantities of outcomes have been gained in class culture, including its meanings, characteristics, elements, functions and developing path, which are deepening people' s understanding. However, some referred researches have their own shortcomings, such as different interpretations on its meanings, ignorance for practice, and narrow view of research. From now on, we should define its meaning clearly, combine the specific subject and study for the practice.
