摘　　要：设计合成了 7个未见文献报道的苯并咪唑类衍生物 ,经质谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析确定了结构 .初步药理筛选实验表明 :化合物 (3)和 (5 )H +/K + ATPase is the last passage way of gastric acid secretion.On the basis of synthesis of the H +/K + ATPase inhibitor omeprazole,seven benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized for the first time,and their structures were identified by 1H NMR、MS and elementary analysis.The in vitro test showed that the compounds (3)and (5)had good activities on inhibition of gastric acid secretion.
