摘　　要：阐释马丁·布伯的对话哲学是对人生和世界的二重性划分、强调关系的重要性、真正的对话是"我—你"的相遇。提出透过对话视野可以改变传统的思想政治教育过程,建立起新的对话模式的思想政治教育过程,并注意在具体实施中将面临的一些现实问题。Martin Buber＇s dialogue-philosophy contains the dual partition of life and world and emphasizes the importance of relation between the two.The real dialogue is the communication between ＂you and I＂.This paper holds that this sort of dialogue can fundamentally change the traditional process of ideological and political education（PIPE） and promote the establishment of the new-style of educational process.It also points out some practical problems in teaching.
