摘　　要：通过能力实现机制的分析,提出优化教学手段,构建贯穿大学四年、对应不同能力的经济学专业实验教学体系,并在宏观经济分析综合实训为代表的实验课程组织方案设计中,充分体现职业能力培养目标和原则。On the basis of analyzing the mechanism of ability cultivation,this paper forwards the idea of optimizing the teaching approaches,constructing the experimental teaching system which runs through the four years and corresponding to different abilities of students in the specialty of economics.It also holds that this system should embody the goals and principles of cultivating vocational ability in the organization plan design.
