义务教育阶段学生辍学原因及预防方法新探——从师生关系的角度思考

摘　　要：阐释师生关系的实质及作用,分析学生辍学原因在于现实中师生关系淡漠、学生人格缺乏应有的尊重、学生参与意识明显缺乏等问题没有引起教师的足够重视。提出通过创造一种平等、民主的师生关系,尊重、帮助、接纳、宽容、欣赏、热爱学生,建立学校健康中心等预防措施,以有效阻止学生的辍学行为。This paper explains the essence and function of the teacher-student relationship.It holds that the main causes of school dropout are the following： the teacher-student relationship in reality is indifferent;students＇ personality is not respected properly;students lack the participation sense palpably.We should respect,help,accept,be easy on,appreciate and love students by creating an equal and democratic teacher-student relation and establish the School Health Centre so as to prevent school dropout effectively.
