摘　　要：教鞭是传统"黑板—粉笔"教学方式强有力的辅助工具。当前在许多课程中,传统"黑板—粉笔"教学方式已逐渐被多媒体教学方式所取代,于是电子教鞭应运而生。设计出了一个功能强大且实用、不依赖于任何多媒体教学软件的电子教鞭系统,同时为满足对多媒体教学课件进行版权保护的需求,在电子教鞭系统中加入了基于数字水印的版权保护功能。电子教鞭系统的使用,将大大提高多媒体教学的效率和学生听课的效果,从而提高课堂教学质量。A rescue is a powerful auxiliary tool for the traditional blackboard-chalk teaching mode. Currently, in many courses, the traditional blackboard-chalk teaching mode is replaced with the teaching mode of computer aided instruction; this results in the springing up of the e-fescue. In this paper, a powerful applied any-software independent e-rescue system is designed and is with the function of copyright protection based on digital watermarking so as to satisfy the increasing requirement of copyright protection for multimedia teaching courseware in practice. With the using of this system, teachers can be much improved in the efficiency of teaching at the mode of computer aided instruction and students can be much improved in the effect of the learning; thus this system can improve the quality of tuitions in class.
