摘　　要：现今时代,企业的外部环境越来越复杂,而以往关于企业管理人员胜任力的研究大都是从企业内部管理的要求角度去研究的,从外部环境的角度去关注的则很少。本文在回顾关于企业管理人员胜任力的研究成果的基础上,试图更多地从外部环境特征的角度去看待企业管理人员的胜任力。Nowadays, the external environment of enterprises becomes more and more complex. At the same time, the past researches on enterprises administrator＇s competency mostly are from the perspective of the requirements of the internal management of enterprises instead of external environment. This paper reviews the research finds about administrator＇s competency, and tries to view the enterprises administrator＇s competency from the perspective of the external environment.
